Original Comment I wanted to call the corporate office to compliment an employee who went above and beyond to help solve an issue i had... however, the corporate office is just an endless maze of redirection, menu after menu and when you finally get a person and tell them what you need or want, they throw you back into the system with an entire new line of menus, allowing you to go around and around in circles until you finally give up .. which i did after 20 minutes... which i think is their goal to begin with. based on many of the comments regarding rudeness, poor customer service, etc, i would think they'd be pleased to hear they had an employee that really did their job well. I wanted this employee to get an atta girl in her employment jacket but ... not today.
