Original Comment i have been a cox customer for many years. this past week has been the absolutely worst week of being a cox customer. I have had 4 different apts missed scheduled or the technician just didn't show up. four different times I've had to arrange my schedule or leave work because of cox incompetency. speaking to supervisors have been a waste of time or part of the problem. someone is supposed to show up Saturday, we'll see. after being a cox customer for many years, I can't imagine many more months
