We have been a member and used Sam's Club for our purchases for thirty plus years, card number 101 94110 276252889. Recently I was sent a renewal for membership which I paid $45.00 for December 28, 2015. January and February we tried to use our membership card and it was declined. I sent emails to Sam's Club local store and Corporate Offices with no reply. Today I tried to use our card and it was declined again. I went to our local Sam's Club Store Customer Service and told them what was going on, they checked and said there was nothing they could do, I would have to bring a statement from our bank showing the payment taken and reapply. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I am tired of getting the run around using my time and gas for two months when this was you mistake. We called Sam's Club canceled our membership card and requested our $45.00 credit which was supposed to be used for our membership renewal but was not and money held for two months because you did not apply the payment for renewal. Done, we have canceled our membership and will go to Costco your competitor who I am sure will welcome us and give us excellent customer service.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Max &amp; Debra Smith
