Original Comment I was in one of your stores in katy texas on morton ranch rd, when i was getting helped by this nice lady when she had to take a call, and did very politely and continued to help me at the same time. I was impressed with her ability to do this. She told me politely that she had to grab the phone it was her store manager calling and she had to answer it. I told her sure by all means grab it. The person on the phone was talking very loudly and cussing her and relentlessly as soon as she answered it. She seemed to try to hold her composure for my sake, I'm sure. I asked her after she hung up if she was ok but i could tell she was holding back tears. I don't know why Autozone would let their employees be treated this way. If it wasn't for the nice lady I don't know if I would ever shop in another one of your stores because of the treatment of that poor lady.
