I am Amazed how poorly this company is run. The technology is outdated and customer service reps are untrained and lack knowledge. As a former investment banker, I think this company is over valued. The stock price is too high. This company needs to improve or have a sophisticated competitor come in and compete. The company is so poorly run and customer satisfaction very low. Only a matter of time. The board of directors needs a new management team, or be prepared for a better company and executive team to challenge PayPal in the future. This company is a mess. Your customer service and technology are a mess. So many customers unhappy. As soon as you have a valid competitor your glory days are over. Please financial institutions with customer service, knowledge, and the ability to serve the market, buy/compete/takeover this poorly run company and help the shareholders. New executive team needed and a focus on customer service. Right now this company needs to focus on shareholder value and customer service. So poorly run!!!
