I went to Chiles in Fort Meyers, Florida for lunch on June 28 with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. It was not busy at all. We were one of 2 tables with customers. The place was virtually empty. We were seated and informed that the menus were &quot;out and about&quot; and we would have to use our phone to take a picture of a &quot;symbol&quot; and then we would miraculously see the menu. Or we could sign in to the screen attached to the table. We took the picture and that didn't work and I am not sure what the signing in thing was but I don't use Facebook because I don't believe in censorship. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We told the hostess and she insisted that all the menus were out. So since we had NO access to your menu, we left. Went across the street to Applebee's. Had real menus, great service and excellent food. Oh yeah and they were busy.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Obviously losing our business is not a big deal to you, but rest assured we won't be going back to a place with such poor customer service. I will also tell any and all about our bad experience at you restaurant <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> If I wanted to order online, I would have stayed home and ordered in. I don't get out much and going out to lunch is a real treat. Please remember that not everybody is a millennial with smart phones. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Thank you for your time.
