Original Comment OMG I bought a refrigerator and a double oven both are junk what happened with Frigidaire I have a old double oven that last me for ten years and it was working fine but I remodel my kitchen so I bought new appliances the same brand because Frigidaire Gallery my refrigerator last also 15 years so I thought it was good to buy the same the refrigerator started to not making the ice then they send a technician if you can call them that could fixed because then refrigerator starter frezee my fresh food so they said that I could not be fix then so I have to pick another model.Then Thanksgiving come I started the 2 ovens and in hour working the ovens shut off and did work any more a 3000 dollars oven the technician they got don't know anything the one that came to the house didn't even check it I got power and he changed the panel and the computer inside and still didn't not work and then he said is your power I call my electrician to speak to him and explain to him what that he thinks it was wrong he didn't wanted to listen to him really until my electrician spoke to him on terminal that he will know then this change his face and attitude because it knew what he was telling him.Then they call some company to replace the oven they send an I mail that they wore coming on the 24 off this month I call them to check what time they wore coming the day they wore supposed to come they said that they wore not because they don't service my area,so they told to wait to the off the week because they wore to buy out the oven they wore to pay me back because they don't have a company that could come to the area where I live,so call today 2 hours on the phone asking what wore they going to do and well I have to wait until they issue me the refund I. I will never buy this brand again theirs customer service and technician are all incompetent.Thats it with this company I advise everyone that thinking on buying appliances don't buy Frigidaire it you do you will have nightmares. I think I will report them to the BBB.
