Original Comment I purchased a thermador stove. This is my 2nd one in 4 yrs. First one turned on by itself. 2nd one has burned out 2x. turns out you cant use the self cleaning oven because it fries the stove. 3 months no stove n i am being told that i have to pay for the service bc its out of warranty. At 1st they said it was $950 for everything. i called n complained. now i am paying just for the service which is approx $500. SMH. their stove has a defect. i shouldnt be paying for anything. Also i have tried to get a supervisor on the phone. i am on hold today over 2 hrs. seriously. Worst company ever. i will never buy from them again.
