Worse costumer service!!!! Ill never buy again any Frigidaire product!!!<br /> You wait for 40 minutes. You call and the rep that answered (Alex is more like a ROBOT. You ask to be transferred to another rep since the one i spoke to couldn't comprehend what i was saying (20 minutes-waste of my time) and her answer was &quot; i am not allowed to&quot;. WHATG??? Then i call again another 40 minutes and the representative said &quot;yes, i can forward your call to another Rep&quot;... wow.<br /> Then i am transferred to technical support.. the technician had a dog barking in the background. He never heard of my issue with the cook stove. I am the only one that had this issue!!!! Wow. ONLY ME?? and most-likely its a manufacture defect. <br /> NEVER AGAIN Frigidaire WILL BE ON MY SHOPPiNG <br /> LIST!!!!<br /> GO CALL SWEDEN TO REPORT THE MATTER&gt; NO E MAIL,Phone call. Really? why dont they have an executive office in the US if they sell products in the US??<br /> Shame
