Said that I could not take my things to the car. I bought a basket full of supplies and when I got back, my washing powder was on the floor and the top was broken. I could not take it out because of your store, doors and windows are boarded up with with it, and I could not see who did it but when I came back after I pay for all of my items and they were in the basket, the washing powder was all over the floor call the store manager on the phone she said 5 pounds. She can't don't want to talk to me and she they could not compensate me for another big bottle of washing powder are use the oxy clean the large bottle. All of it was on the floor and they could not give me another one because he says they not responsible for my things that they could not allow me to take to the car in the basket he got so rowdy with me because I was complaining and asking for HR managers and somebody to talk to so I could get my washing powder and go home. He pushed my basket out the door and I told him if you had done this in the beginning. For him to be angry with me and push my basket out the door with very, very rude very very poor customer service for him to be a store supervisor this was absolutely fraudulent. I called the police to make a police report and he could not do that but I have video and tape of the whole incident. I want my washing powder I feel I should not be responsible if I could not take the things out at one time, in your basket, the store is boarded up I could not see who drop my washer powder all over your floor and it was paid for.
