So I went to the Hubbard,Ohio location on July 26,2023 at 4:30pm. I had done an online order after I received an email about a special so I figured it's a future order they have plenty of time not to rush me~I ordered at 4:04pm. So at 4:25pm I show up at the drive thru and tell them my name. They seemed so absolutely confused. I have hyphened last name and I asked several times if they wanted my confirmation number &amp; she said no~we believe you. They give me an order with the last part of my name on it &amp; my jamocha shake so I thought all was good. Low &amp; behold I get home &amp; it's not my order. Geez. I called &amp; the boy told me to bring it back with the receipt~I said of course. Completely inconvenient but whatever. The order I got was $6.00,my order was $14.97. Anyway when I did return I looked at the receipt closer.....it was an online order that was for 1:16pm that day. Ummmmm.........mine was for 4:30pm. Strange. So I go to the counter &amp; explain to the boy &amp; showed him my phone with my name,order &amp; confirmation number. He goes to the screen above heat lamps &amp; looking &amp; looking,the manager comes over to him &amp; looking &amp; looking and says &quot;we don't have one&quot; so I say my name AGAIN &amp; she flat out ignores me. Then I said &quot;isn't that my order in the bag right next to you??!!!&quot; And she said oh yeah and pushed it towards the boy then turns back to me &amp; says &quot;well you may as well take the order you brought back because it's no good to me now cause you took it &amp; left&quot;. I'm like...........ummmm it's what YOU gave me. I told her &amp; the boy I didn't want it I only wanted my order and I left. I opened the bag in my car &amp; everything was cold but I decided I wasn't going back in after that manager was so incredibly rude to me. I am a very patient &amp; nice person but I could not go back in there after how she treated me because I don't think I would've been nice &amp; my patience was over. So the manager is mad &amp; frustrated with me when SHE is the one who gave me the wrong order. I understand mixups but the order I was given was from 3 hours and fifteen minutes EARLIER!!! Geez. <br /> So my order was to be ready at 4:30 and after all the running back &amp; forth I was finally at home with my food at 4:56pm. Needless to say my food was cold &amp; my shake was melted. So not happy. I did do the survey and asked for a call back about this and have heard nothing yet. This location has definately had its last chance with me. So please take me off of your contact list for advertising. Thank you. <br /> To that manager~~~~~this isn't your profession~you need to work in a factory. No customer service skills at all.
