Original Comment If you want me to use an automated system then it should work! I've been trying to book an appointment for two days now, but it does not recognize my spelling of my last name. And there are no options to speak to someone absolutely ridiculous. Do I now have to drive to a quest to make an appointment in person? Fix it!
