Unfortunately you can complain all you want, but Yahoo does not respond.<br /> This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered!<br /> Yahoo should have responded to my last 3 posts, but they don't seem to care.<br /> How can my husbands e-mail be deleted, w/o my doing it? That isn't the only problem.<br /> You shouldn't force a new version on us and then not help us or have it improved before you do it!<br /> Attention Yahoo, if you care, you will help us all!<br /> You ask for my e-mail address and we give it to you, so why can't you e-mail us back?<br /> Do you care if we start deleting our accounts, or not?
