Original Comment I recently visited your Sams club in Morrow, Georgia on May 28, 2015. I am sick to death of going to this club and not able to find an electric chair available. If you are going to offer this benefit to those of us who cannot get around your store otherwise, then please make it mandatory for it to be someone's job to see they are properly put back AND PLUGGED IN! I keep asking your managers at this store, why do you bother putting them back where they go if you don't plug them in to charge up for the next person and I keep getting the same stupid answer, well, we thought they were being plugged in. If it was someone's job to make sure that happened, I wouldn't have had the issue on Thursday. I went in the store approximately 8:45 which is when only Sams Plus customers can get in. Their was one electric chair sitting in the area they are kept, UNPLUGGED. I sit on the chair to see if it has any charge only to find out it has none. When I go to plug the chair up to sit their for awhile to let it charge, their are only two prongs in the club so this chair will not charge. I waited for an hour for someone else to finish using their chair and no one ever came to the registers. One of your managers told me he didn't know why all of them were out this early in the morning because you have five of them. Are you kidding me? Five chairs for a store this size is ridiculous! One reason I go to Sams is because the use of the electric chair & to purchase in quantity, but I can definitely see you people as a store have no compassion or empathy for those who cannot physically walk your complete store so I am going to check out BJ's or Costco and see if they have better conveniences to shop. Sams is a store of the past for me.
