Original Comment Wow! Totally not customer friendly organization. Disposal only 1 year old (to date) and it died, called insinkerator and they said two weeks to get tech to look at it and fix or replace. If not a manufacture defect we would be charged for the service call $180. They are sending me a new one -- after much conversation about customer service but still 7 to 10 days out, not to mention we are 1 week from the Christmas Holiday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
