We purchased 5 cabins on The Pride of America for our December Hawaiian cruise. This trip is in celebration for my 75th birthday. We are taking our children and grandchildren to celebrate. The cost is over $40,000 not including shore excursions, other purchases on board, etc.<br /> We were given absolutely the worst situation for our return flights. The ship docks at 7am but the first leg of our flight is not until 11.30pm. Then the second flight is with a different airline so our baggage will not be moved from one airline to another. We will have to wait at the baggage claim once we disembark from the plane. Then we go to the next airline in a different terminal to check in and then go through security again and go to the gate for the 2nd leg of our flight home. Mind you we have 2 hours to accomplish this chore! My wife and I are both seniors with our own health issues so this will be an enormous challenge to say the least. We made numerous calls to NCL Air department and nobody would do a blessed thing. They stood by their rules that this was a doable situation. The abject coldness of NCL's corporate model is incredibly disturbing. I felt that this situation required an email because we have been cruising for many years and never have experienced anything like this!!! It's truly unfortunate that NCL treats people like cattle!!!!
